JAMEED PREPARATION (RECOMMENDED)

1. Break the Jameed piece into smaller pieces and soak for 6-8 hours , allowing the Jameed to soften. Soaking reduces the saltiness of the Jameed product.

2. Strain the water from the Jameed and place in a blender with 2 cups of fresh water.

3. Keep blending until reaching a smooth consistent homogenous solution.

4. Ready for cooking.
